How does payment for membership work?

MEMBERSHIPS: Great question. If you join the Real Estate Wealth Builders All Access membership, the join fee is due today. After 30 days, your monthly membership fee will automatically be applied. You can cancel at anytime. Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to the program.

JOIN FEE: The join fee is a one time fee when you start or restart your membership and will apply to the first 30 days. Then, the regular monthly fee will be a monthly payment. So, you will only pay the join fee for the first month you start, or restart, your membership.

What does Dustin coach in the Live Group Coaching Sessions? (Included with membership only)

Dustin coaches the 90 minute Group Coaching sessions on a monthly basis. In the coaching calls, he will: give updates on current markets, properties, and more investor education. He will also answer member questions live or pre-submitted questions.

On a weekly basis, Dustin and the MPI Coaches will add coaching videos for the entire group, answer questions in the member community to answer student questions and coaching insights.

Also, Dustin will select individual members to be on the "Hot Seat" where he will look at a members business and give personalized coaching for the student and next steps for them.

What are "Hot Seat" Sessions? (Included in "All Access" membership only)

Hot Seat Sessions are 1-2 hour live online sessions where the MEMBERS are in control of the curriculum for that day. This allows you as an All Access member to ask your specific investor questions to Coach Dustin, and even share your screen to show your thinking process. All past Hot Seat sessions are included in All Access membership. Dustin does Hot Seat sessions 2-3 times a year.

Is there 1-on-1 Coaching for Individual Students?

Yes there is!

Dustin and the MPI Coaching team help many students on a 1-on-1 basis to get them to their real estate investing goals.

If I bought into a course in the past, can I apply my purchase to the Monthly Membership?

We totally value you and your commitment to investing in real estate.

Yes, we can work with you to get you into the membership for a much lower sign-up fee. Basically, every dollar you spent on the course will be applied to the sign-up fee not to exceed the total sign-up fee.

If you spent $497 on a course and the sign-up fee is $997, you will only need to pay the difference. Then the monthly payments will resumed at the normal rate. You will need to pay the minimum monthly payment if your original purchase is over the sign-up fee.
